Here is a description of the property as you come in to help you get a better idea of just how great this house is, and how much youll enjoy it for years to come. Weve loved it for the last 20+ years since we built it!We are at the end of a cul-de-sac, so there is very, very little traffic. There are only a few homes near the end where we are, so you almost always know the people you cross paths with (and they are great neighbors). You come up to the private driveway with a gate. The entire 6 acres is fenced in. You can either click your remote to open the gate, enter a code on the keypad, or use your phone to open the gate. As you go up the driveway, you pass almost 50 fruitless plum trees that line the driveway. Along the way you also see the beautiful green grass and as you make a right turn half way up the driveway, you see the private pond with a fountain, the huge weeping willow trees, and the picturesque boulders in the ground. And there are fruit trees through the property, including oranges, apples, apricots, pluots, nectarines, lemons, avocados, and others. Year round ditch water provides unlimited water for the field and everything on it. This could also be a great place to plant grapes, olives, or whatever else. Water has already been run to various places throughout the property. Most of the western fenceline also has sprinklers run along it, as does the hillside in front of the home and the roof of the home.As you near the house, you come to the circular driveway. In the middle of the circular driveway is a deck with a gazebo. The gazebo has power run to it, a fan and light, and a firepit. Great place to relax and take in the property. In addition to the 3 car garage (extra deep), plenty of driveway parking, and parking on the side of the house, there is also a large area for parking an RV, extra vehicles, off road toys, or whatever else. No shortage of places for everything you love. The garage is already wired with a 220 plug for an electric car charger, welding, or whatever else.As you get closer to the home you see the large front yard with perfectly green, perfectly manicured grass. This is actually artificial grass that stays perfect year round, and never needs to be mowed. It just always looks perfect. Up the steps by the front lawn takes you to the large deck. The front deck, looking out over the field, the pond and all the beautiful tress looks towards Folsom Lake. The deck is about 35 feet wide and made of Trex for years of use, all fastened from below so there are no nails or other things to catch your foot on. The whole deck is covered by two electric awnings, so with the push of a button the awnings extend to cover the deck and make the perfect environment to have breakfast. When evening comes, push the button and the awnings retract and you can take in the night sky sitting by the fire pit. The east side of the deck already has the plumbing for hot and cold water, propane, and electricity, so if you want to set up a full outdoor kitchen, you will have the connections you need. There are two entrances to the house from the front deck- one is the main front door with a video doorbell, and the other is a sliding door that goes into the kitchen nook.As you come in the front door, there is a lit-up curio cabinet to the right along with a coat closet.
