Seeking private investor/partner to participate in debt paydown on a small horse property 25 minutes NE of Reno. Property is situated in mountain valley with beautiful scenic views. Has horse stables/stalls, hay barn and small main house.$67,500 cash investment required (includes legal fees), buys part ownership and RV pad for onsite housing (RV not provided and nominal monthly fee required with use of utilities). Investor/partner will have first choice, but no guarantees, of paid job offers, if qualified, for horse boarding support, horse training and/or other horse property income revenues, tasks and duties.Will consider financing with $17,500 down payment and $635 per month and/or part trade for saleable asset or property in lieu of cash to pay down financed amount only. Need minimum $17,500 initial cash payment. All but $2500 of investment to provide debt paydown on property.
