The answer is YES. The way he handled the Covid Pandemic is one of many examples. Dictating/Shutting down so many businesses in California based on a whim. Creating long term financial hardship to so many hard working tax paying Californian's on a whim. So many livelihoods lost forever due to a whim. His "Grandstanding" Cali State Of The Union speech at an "Empty" Dodgers Stadium. (What an enormous cost to the California taxpayer). How reckless and "Dumb" was that??
Lets not forget. During the Covid Pandemic there is a reason Newsom was voted "The Dumbest Governor In The Country" by most all Political Analysts.
